When we first met, MB Performance Golf were a Leicestershire based brick & mortar golf shop with strong relationships with premium golf brands. The team originally approached us with to expand their offering through their very first eCommerce store. We have since worked with them to help sell golf equipment and lifestyle clothing nationwide.

1. Web Redesign & Development.

Bringing a brand with 12,000+ product variations onto a new online store requires careful planning. We supported the entire process: wire-framing the customer experience, auditing product data, planning product architecture, building the CMS through WooCommerce and finally, launching to market.

2. Google Shopping

Using Google Shopping, we took 12,000 products to market. This instantly moved the brand from near zero, to over 4,000 visitors per month and Google Shopping became the primary source of revenue. Seasonality is an important tool in this sector, capitalising on the Christmas period and major events.

3. Facebook/Instagram Retargeting

Our retargeting ads used a mix of creative formats to bring back shoppers that had started their journey with the brand and not made it all the way to a purchase. Giving your audience opportunities to purchase is a crucial part of any eCommerce advertising campaign and is very cost effective too.

4. Conversion Rate Optimisation

With a 200+ point CRO audit we constructed a bespoke list of recommendations for generating more customers from existing website traffic. Once approved, our development team began introducing important features onto the store, ranging from a new checkout process to improvement product page layouts.

eCommerce is now a key arm to the business and the new flow of daily sales are comfortably shipped via the POS and courier integrations we have helped put in place.
