Strategic Account Manager
The Role
Strategic Account Managers set the direction for our client campaigns.
You will own relationships with a group of key clients; leading their marketing strategy & working with our production team to bring powerful campaigns to life.
Key Reponsibilities
- Analysing digital campaign performance across paid media, earned media and web conversion
- Using insights from analysis to direct client marketing roadmaps and write briefs
- Reviewing work from our delivery team & providing feedback
- Communicating campaign performance, progress, and direction to key clients via web calls, meetings & reports
We Are Looking For
A marketing expert with exposure to paid media & SEO campiagns.
You will be a proactive communicator; comfortable managing multiple projects and working to a calendar of strategy calls.
Desired Experience
- 3-5+ years of marketing / client services experience
- Exceptional organisation, attention to detail & time management skills
- Analytical with the ability to navigate marketing data and use it to make decisions
- Confident in communicating with clients about their business decisions, managing expectations
- Enthusiastic and capable of nurturing strong, positive relationships

£28k-£32k | + Up to £3k/year bonus
