We are delighted to announce that as of the 24th June 2019, Wyze Digital has been accredited as a Living Wage employer by the Living Wage Foundation!

Wyze Living Wage

The Real Living Wage commitment will see everyone who is working at Wyze Digital, regardless of whether they are permanent employees, part-time or third-party contractors; receive a minimum hourly wage of £9.00 – significantly higher than the Minimum Wage of £7.70 and the National Living Wage of £8.21.

We want Wyze Digital to be a great company to work, a company that truly values our team, helps them to progress their skills and gives them the time and resources they need to lead an amazing life. Setting the Real Living Wage as our standard minimum as we grow our team is the right thing to do.”

Joe Read, Managing Director at Wyze Digital

Employers choose to pay the Real Living Wage on a voluntary basis. The Real Living Wage enjoys cross party support, with public backing from the Prime Minister and the Leader of the Opposition.

The Real Living Wage is a minimum hourly rate set independently and updated annually. The Living Wage is calculated according to the basic cost of living using the ‘Minimum Income Standard’ for the UK.

Decisions about what to include in this standard are set by the public; it is a social consensus about what people need to make ends meet.

As we look to grow the team, we are always looking for ways to make Wyze Digital a more exciting, fulfilling and rewarding place to work.
